My own personal experience,

“Calling all Chocolate Lovers, especially those who love dark chocolate, you will love this recipe!”
Just six ingredients and hot water.

A No Added Sugar (Amazing Deep Chocolate Flavor)
Equipment Needed:
A strong blender that can chop dates into little bits when on high.
Ingredients:
- 20 dates (I get the pitted ones)
- 6 TBS of powdered cacao powder (I like the organic stuff)
- 6 TBS of raw coconut butter (I like Artisana)
- 1/2 tsp salt (more or less to taste)
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 3 cups hot water
- 3 TBS of ground Flax seeds or ground Chia seeds
- More or less depending on how thick you want it
- If you have a strong blender, you can grind the chia in it (if not grind them separate in a coffee grinder)
Directions:
Put all ingredients (except ground flax/chia seeds) in the blender and mix until smooth, then add ground flax/chia seeds
and mix until smooth.
Note 1: if you have vitamix or similar blender, you can put in whole chia or flax seeds and blend them until no seeds are visible.)
Note 2: The reason I recommend putting in seeds after mixing all ingredients to expose them to lower temperature as they have omega-three fats that are more fragile and get damaged at higher temperatures.
Note 3: you can enjoy as a sipping chocolate, you can use as a chocolate dip/fondue for fruit or you can put it in the fridge for pudding.
Enjoy!
(Thanks Kendra!)
